Round module cotton wrap is an innovative product which replaces the traditional cotton harvesting method and allows for the entire picking process to be carried out by one machine and one operator.
Polytex has carefully selected manufacturers and tested critical specifications to assure a reliable, high quality wrap for non-stop and hassle-free cotton harvesting.
Strength & Durability: Polytex’s cotton wrap utilises a non-tacky base film to prevent the cotton from sticking to the wrap, followed by a structure of tacky film to ensure the module will hold it’s uniformity during transportation and processing.
RFID codes are applied to each wrap to allow for identification and tracking through harvesting and throughout the complete process.
UV Protection: Multiple layer film technology ensures high strength and protection against UV for durability while in the field.
