Round cotton modules are what you see in cotton fields once the cotton is harvested. Round cotton modules typically weigh around 2000 – 2500kg and measure around 239cm diameter and 244cm wide.
The round cotton modules are then taken to a gin for processing. During the ginning process, the cotton seeds and lint are separated, with the lint being pressed into rectangular bales.
Each cotton module holds around 3.8 cotton bales, weighing around 277kg each.

Engineered for Strength & Durability: Polytex cotton wrap is engineered to be highly resistant to tearing, UV degradation, and moisture, providing a weatherproof barrier to protect the cotton. Our wrap utilises a non-tacky base film to prevent the cotton from sticking to the wrap, followed by a structure of tacky film to ensure the module will hold its uniformity during transportation and processing.

How It Works
Polytex ModulePro® Cotton Wrap is produced using co-extruded polyethylene film technology, combining multiple engineered layers into a single high-performance wrap.
