Fabric façades are becoming more and more popular nowadays mainly because of the many benefits that come with such installations. These fabric façades are used as a long-lasting and cost-effective alternative to the traditional metal mesh façade screens. In general, the whole structure is composed of a framing system (usually made of modern aluminum) with steel brackets and the cladding material, which can be made of various materials like PVC and the likes. In many cases, professionals with experience and knowledge in the construction of temporary warehousing and other storage structures are more than capable of the installing these fabric façades.
The textiles used for fabric façades like PVC are manufactured in several ways. For instance, they can be either be sewn or glued together. There are others that are electronically welded or heat-sealed. The patterns to be used are created through a computer software, and this creates the model which the installer will follow. In many instances, these programs are the same as those used in the design of temporary storage structures.
